Event: JAMMs Thane Meet up and PlayDate at The Riot Room

Good day people,
Yes again a post about JAMMs and one of their meet ups ;)
We were excited Thaneites when JAMMs decided to do a meetup at Thane and combine a play date for our kids at The Riot Room which is a Hot Favorite place for kids these days.

When the meet up was announced, we were gladly surprised at the awesome response. When we meet today we were 18 mothers or Jammies with their toddlers and kids.

It was an eclectic mix of mothers from Dentists to Authors to Toy makers to owners of brands and shops. It was supposed to be a 1hour play date but when we all started getting to know each other there was no stopping even after 2.5hrs :p

If you have been to The Riot Room, you will be assured that your kids will love it there and are safe. The Riot Room is a the Biggest Soft play area for kids and not in South Mumbai or Subburbs but in Thane. The area is huge, very kid friendly, your kid can be busy exploring the place for hours with attendants helping/making sure kids are safe. They have a separate Toddler area where younger kids can play too. They have a pantry and you can order snacks, drinks, tea, coffees in the relaxing area for parents while they wait for the kids. This was my 2nd time there.

So we all mommies were busy catching up and getting awed as each one introduced themselves.  The exciting part was the owner of the place is also a Jammy :) We had the owner of Desi Toys, a shop in Viviana Mall which showcases some lovely colorful wooden toys which you wont find in other shops. We had Author Sunita Saldhana who is a voracious reader, writer, poetess, teacher. We had the owner of JustBooks Library, Thane. We had the owner of Rustic Art which  has ecofriendly products free of chemicals and toxins. The owner of Playschool Bachpan. Talented A10 Architect. A Dentist at Bethany Hospital, a former Make up artist, mothers who are pursuing higher education, an HR. Some were new mommies who are on Maternity breaks.

It was a wonderful meet up with like minded women and kids got to make new friends too :)
Hope to have more such meets in Thane. So Jammies please lets take up the initiative to make these happen often :)
